The location of the in-person workshop will be provided with your registration.

Free parking is available on-site for in-person training.

In-person workshops provide a light breakfast and lunch as part of your registration.

Weather Related Cancellations

Closures and delays will follow the Prince George's County School District weather policy. In the event of a weather-related delay or closure, the training may be switched to a virtual format or rescheduled for a later date. Participants will be offered a full refund if they are unable to attend the new training date.

We recommend that participants traveling from outside the region and staying at hotel accommodations purchase travel insurance.

What is a virtual workshop?

A virtual workshop is an interactive training or learning session conducted online, allowing participants to join from any location.

How do I join the workshop?

You will receive a link via email prior to the event. Click the link at the scheduled time to join using your computer or mobile device.

What technology do I need?

A computer or mobile device with internet access, speakers or headphones, and a microphone and webcam.

Do I need to install any software?

Our workshops use Zoom; you may need to download the relevant app. Instructions will be provided in advance.

Will the workshop be recorded?

Yes. The workshop recording will be available for 90 days after the workshop.

Can I ask questions during the workshop?

Yes! We encourage participation. Use the chat or Q&A features, or unmute yourself when allowed.

What if I have technical difficulties?

Contact the provided support email or use the chat function for assistance during the session.

What is the cancellation policy for the workshop?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the event organizer at least 10 days before the event for a full refund. After this time, refunds will not be allowed, the registration may be transferred to another person or postponed to a future workshop of the same amount.

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests should be made in accordance with the policy provided at registration and sent to info@grantwritersforhealth.com. Refund eligibility and processing times may vary depending on when the request is submitted.

What happens in case of force majeure (e.g., illness, natural disaster, technical failures)?

If the workshop cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify all participants promptly and provide options such as rescheduling, credit, or refund where applicable.

Can the workshop bea postponed?

Yes. If the workshop is postponed, you will be notified as soon as possible with the new date and time. Your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled session unless you request otherwise.
